Jeff was my RE agent for a house I was selling in 2021. I sought out his advice for what work needed to be done on the house, flooring colors, sale price, etc. and his advice was spot-on every time. I believe that I got the most money for my house because of Jeff's advice. I highly recommend Jeff.
I closed on my home in Douglasville, GA on 4/9/2021. The seller of the property served as the relator and broker with Jeff Justice & CO. A termite inspection was done on 3/30/2021 with a treatment date of 4/9/2021. Which stated yes previous infestation and no current infestation. When I walked into my property after closing that was not the case. The pest control company has been to my property twice since closing.
