I have two family members who purchased cars from this place. my wife's vehicle had battery problems from the start. had to take it back a few times and less then a year, we are back at battery problems again. and after we were lied to and told there was a new battery, it was not new after all. I will never shop here again until they make this right. sad that once they sell you the car, it's hard to get what should've been fixed repaired

We bought a new Highlander Limited yesterday from Bart Jenkins. The experience was very positive. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and professional. We have owned many Toyota products over the years but this was our first experience at Jeff Hunter Toyota having moved to the area a little over a year ago.
Went up there yesterday and bought me a new car from Cody. Although there was not much staff because the virus he busted his butt getting me taken care of and negotiating a price without management there.

My husband and I are looking to get into something a little bigger for our family car. The salesman that assisted us was being very pushy. I found a car that I would potentially get and I asked for the trade in value on my current car. They would not give me a trade in value UNLESS I ran my credit with them first and that defeats the whole looking around process. Rude Salesman poor Customer Service. I was helped by the internet sales manager. At first it was great but something seemed off. I was left alone for almost an hour. I decided not to buy. That is when the poor customer service started. Way overpriced much better prices outside of Waco.
What a wonderful experience. Bought a new Tundra yesterday from my salesman Sammy. Sammy went above and beyond. Even came to pick me up at a truck stop. Got in at 1 pm. By 4:30 had my truck signed sealed and delivered. Best experience ever at ANY dealership. Finance department Loren was great. I also got aftermarket add ons and that went awesome as well.. If you're looking for a vehicle Sammy is your guy and Jeff Hunter is your dealership
