Jeff Home Improvement did the roof, gutters and gutter guards, and siding on our new build and we were very pleased with the work performed. They did a beautiful job and we have had no concerns or issues with any of the materials that we chose for the roofing and the siding. They did a great job cleaning up after the job was complete. If we had any issues or concerns they were quick to respond or come out to the house to check everything.
Our experience with this company was a complete mess, worse decision we made was hiring them for the job. While the actual guys who performed the job worked fast and finished quickly, the other employees were a disaster to work with. It's as if none of the employees communicate with each other. We would receive multiple calls from different people saying something different then the previous person, employees had no clue what was going on so it was a lot of back and forth phone calls. I've used Jeff's Home Improvements twice before for roofing projects and they did a fine job. However this time I used them for a large and expensive total house siding and I was extremely disappointed. I was quoted a three week completion date and it has now been 3-1/2 months and counting. The siding alone took 3 months and the punch list is still not complete. A new roof was also installed during the project and that went quickly and smoothly but the siding was another matter. It's been going on 2 years since having a patio cover put on the back of our house and it is STILL leaking with hard rains. They've been out twice, with different reasons why. They say they fixed it, yet it continues to leak. The last time I let them know, we never heard back again. It's been a year since they've contacted us. I again contacted them today to remind them that it's still leaking. I would highly advise against using this company for anything if you want them to make you a priority and right what is wrong.

Very pleased with the job gutters, trim, soffit will not have to paint anything outside now gutters are working fine would use them again.
Very quick to give me an estimate. Several contractors took weeks to get back with me. Super nice representative came out , worked out a good deal. Project done, crew was Amazing, will recommend!
The best customer service. Installation crew was very prompt and respectful of my property. Metal roof and gutters look fantastic. Very good company to work with and I will use them again!
