I cannot say enough great things about Jeff. Our home was hard to sell, and he got it done. It was a fixer-upper when we bought it in 2007, and when we decided we wanted to sell in 2012, it took 2 more years of fixing up before it was anywhere near ready for the market. By the time we were actually ready to list it, we were disappointed to see that our countless renovations hadn't increased the market value as much as we wanted. According to one agent, at least. Jeff was very helpful in every aspect of the buying process. From patiently showing us as many properties in different areas of Northern VA to negotiating to the price we could afford. Jeff was just awesome during our home selling experience. Jeff helped us price our house at a price point that was fair and resulted in having a contract within 5 days of it being on the market.
