Jeff did an outstanding job helping us prepare our home for sale and then setting the right price so it would sell. The home sold twice in 24 hours. The first sale did not go through because the sellers changed their mind the night before closing. Jeff made sure we received the Ernest money from that sale. We put the house back on the market on the weekend and sold it again overnight. I am pleased to say that the second set of sellers gave us no problems and we closed on time.
