Jeff and his staff were very knowledgeable about market conditions and especially the Coppell market. They were very communicative about the progress being made to sell our home. We were very satisfied with the price that our home sold for and thought Jeff did a very good job of negotiating price as well as repairs and upgrades that we were responsible for during the sales process. We have already recommended Jeff to 2 of my very close friends who are considering selling their homes.

Jeff is focused on providing the buyer or the seller he represents the best service. He does the research based on the needs and provides information on the areas, schools, builders, etc. He is very knowledgable and extremely responsive. We have used his services 3 times and currently listing our home through him as well. Jeff is fantastic !!

Jeff Hahn was very professional, knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. He knew the market and got to know who the listing agent was and how to best negotiate. It took a while to commit to a purchase and we even missed a couple of opportunities because I did not commit fast enough. Jeff was patient gave us wise council to help us find the right house. I would definitely use Jeff again.
