you need to understand the technology that contacts you to inform your meds are ready is not the real world at the pharmacy. Just give them a call, ask if all your meds are ready now for pick up. Ask if there is anything on the list that has not yet been filled and is ready now for pickup. Confirm all is ready and let them know you are on your way to pick it all up. If items on your list need to be controlled or kept cool, that will slow down your pickup time. They have to process and go get the cold items out of the icebox.... read more
