The staff was friendly, and prompt. I was seen on time. The Dr. was friendly and Explained everything clearly, I had no questions because he covered everything. Even as a new patient, my issue was treated today and I did not have to reschedule to come back. I know I am in good hands here and would recommend anyone needing their care.
Great discussion and information about my injury and what I can do without surgery to get back to my active lifestyle.
Dr Feinblatt is awesome. Great bedside manner, very knowledgeable, compassionate. I would highly recommend him and this office to friends and family.
On time every appointment I was scheduled for. All of the staff from the receptionists to the surgeons were absolutely amazing. They never pressured me todo anything out of my limits and my health was their first concern. I highly recommend ROC to anybody in need of great and knowledgeable doctors and an environment that makes you feel like home.
Dr Feinblatt and his staff were all very kind, and explained things to the understanding of my family. I have had foot surgery before but this was by far the easiest and least painful operation I have had. I think everyone was awesome, caring and I highly recommend Dr. Feinblatt.
Dr Feinblatt and his staff were exceptional. My consultation was very straight forward and set honest expectations. On the day of surgery every nurse, anesthesiologist and staff member went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The nurses just about went out of their way to take care of some last minute needs during my follow up apointsments.
