This place is a joke! Had problems with our Jeep since we bought it and it was only 2 years old. Repeatedly replaced parts and would be right back in there. Then today an hour and 20 minutes for an oil change!?!?!? If it weren't free we definitely wouldn't be going here for anything! Not to mention we had another appointment to go to. Customer service sucks all around. Manager didn't even apologize. Whitesides in Cambridge is by far the best place we have ever bought a vehicle from! Live and learn I guess.
