sales or service I've always had very good service at Jeff D'Ambrosio Chevrolet whether it was when I looking at new cars or after the purchase. I use their service department for all of my needs because they are prompt and very easy to work with. I appreciate the availability of the lounge space so I can work or catch up on the days news in a relaxing environment.
Well done I drove all over looking at cars of interest for me and my family. Half of them were nice but lots of miles. I was just looking to trade my truck in and get something better on gas. High Standards Daniel is awesome. He is very friendly and accommodating, each time I come in I truly appreciate his kindness and professionalism. He is dedicated to all his customers and has the best standards for him and his customers cars. I have been working with Daniel for a couple years and return only to him. Customer service a plus We had been in before and received great customer service. They had the vehicle I was looking for and were willing to do whatever they could to help me with the deal. sales and service It is not always about just purchasing a car. The Service Department is also as important. I started at the service with my 2004 Silverado, the service was great and I knew it was time for me to get an updated Silverado mine had 120,000. The service manager set me up with a similar slightly used Silverado. I fell in love the salesman was good and the price was right I purchased. They have done great in service and now in finance! Thanks for being a stand up company all the way around.
equinox Glad to see that I am not the only one that has had a great experience. I decided to take a moment to let everyone know about this dealer. Not only friendly but educated on ALL brands they sell and features they have. They were great from start to finish. I recommend this company as a whole. They are the dealership to go to. good job Hate the idea of having to go to a dealership. It is always a headache always the back and forth game. I never like the process of getting a new vehicle. Cobalt I came in on a mail flyer, and ended up in a cute Chevrolet Cobalt loaded. It has so many different gadgets. I am so happy that I decided to by my new car from Jeff D’Ambrosio. Thanks so much to everyone who helped me pick it out. The plus side is that it has great gas mileage & sweet rims already. I will recommend any and all to them. I am a forever customer.
