We recently purchased a house in East Bay for which Jeff was the sellers agent. So we never interacted with him directly but I do want to leave a review here that reflects our move-in experience as we closed out the purchase. Even until one day prior to closing the house was filled up with previous owners unused stuff trashed away in almost all the drawers and cabinets of the house. Jeff is an amazing realtor. He knows his real estate market. I was in Oregon taking care of my family. Jeff remodeled our townhouse with paint, carpet and plumbing and then put it on the market. Jeff updated us on a daily basis and sold property in four days. This was the most stress free real estate transaction I have ever experienced. Henry and I highly recommended him.
Jeff is an excellent agent! When I was moving to the East Bay, he negotiated a lease agreement for me in an area I was seriously considering buying. A couple other agents had been pushing me to buy, but he understood the situation, negotiated a lease for me instead, and said to call whenever I am ready to buy.
