My parents have been Jeff's customers for 30 years. At their recommended, I became a customer 15 years ago. Jeff has insured 3 of my properties and several vehicles. I never had issues until I filed a claim. I have never met Jeff. I have made several attempts to reach him to discuss my concern about the handling of my claim. I have been told that he is "traveling" or "out of the office". I am beginning to question if Jeff has any involvement or if this is a legitimate business.
I have been with Jeff for 30 years now. I have always received excellent service from the staff as well as Jeff. Even when I had issues with State Farm, Jeff was always there for me. They go above and beyond.
