Refused to see my 84 year old mother after she drove down her iced driveway so she wouldn’t fall where her granddaughter could pick her up to keep her safe due to recent snow. They were 10 minutes late. I can understand 20-30 minutes late. They pulled into parking lot 8 minutes after appointment time. They would spend that much time or more sitting in the waiting room!
