Exaggerated my condition; downplayed risks of side effects of testing
Attentive and responsive, Dr Tharakan is a great provider.
Dr. Kapadia was concerned about my day to day activities and was motivating me to do more exercises and health stuff.
Dr . Kapadia has been my doctor since 2005 or 2008. He has taken care of my health for a long time, and I have not had any major health problems.
Dr Kapadia is always positive and upbeat. His advice is always spot on. His optimism is very reassuring. He is a great doctor and a man to be trusted.
Was perfect
Very thorough lab testing, discussion of results, necessary actions, & physical examination.
Had one new patient visit with this office and have made 16 calls after to get information on patient portal to get lab orders before return visit in December and an authorization for a med refill…. Only three calls back, one only after I left a message stating it was unacceptable to call your provider and no return call and mentioned I manage several clinics and this would never happen. I received a call the next day and said they would check on all my request and call back next day… well another two weeks, no return call a... read more
