Friendly but not trustworthy. Would recommend going elsewhere. I purchased a 2022 Jeep GC in May of 24. During my test drive, I noticed on the screen “UConnect box error, see authorized dealer”. I liked the Jeep, but was worried about this error, so I said I didn’t want to purchase it until that was resolved. I was assured that it would be covered under warranty, multiple times. Not much personal experience. They made me come out, then asked me to provide more info and never followed up. Mind you I had all my kids including two babies. They said it's okay and still had me come out with them all. Never heard from them since that initial visit.
Great customer service Jason Helped me out with my trade in and I got an excellent deal! Definitely recommend to anyone who’s on the market for a Mopar vehicle
There service department Is one of the worst I have ever gone to . I would never buy a vehicle from them again
