I have met with multiple therapists - mostly through my company's EAP or through my insurance, which is somewhat a mistake, because it limits the options by a whole lot. Some are okay and one is absolutely horrible. I'm not picky when it comes to therapy, but I know there are amazing therapists out there and I want to find one that I can work with long term. Jeff was very helpful and a good man that'll earnestly listen and get to know you for the purpose of helping you analyze yourself. Self reflection is key and therapy with him was great support to understand how to go about change for your specific circumstance.
