I have met with multiple therapists - mostly through my company's EAP or through my insurance, which is somewhat a mistake, because it limits the options by a whole lot. Jeff was very helpful and a good man that'll earnestly listen and get to know you for the purpose of helping you analyze yourself. Self reflection is key and therapy with him was great support to understand how to go about change for your specific circumstance.
