After reaching out several times, over the course of a few weeks. In order discuss the issues I and my family had with our stay. I was given a run around and never a direct response to my concerns! I then requested a direct email for someone I was told was a reservations manager, I then sent them an email outlining the issues we had. These guys are trash!!!! Tried stealing $3000 from my family 2 weeks after we checked out. Said there was a spot on the carpet in a room we literally never stayed in. House was rundown and they would just walk in the house unannounced. Fire alarms that were expired. Some would go off during the night. Broken ice makers, fireplaces, pool deck tiles falling off, missing remotes to tvs, dirty smells in some of the rooms, stained couches in the master bedrooms then they try to steal money in the end.
