I'm currently staying in a property in encore rented through jeeves. We arrived at 220 Clawson way midnight Monday night and found the house infested with ants. Everywhere. I placed my first call to jeeves Tuesday morning at 9am. They sent someone to spray at some point Monday. When I returned back at 6pm we found even more ants. Me and my family stayed at jeeves reunion resort for an entire week from 5-28 23 to 6-3 23 . First off got into the home looked awesome from outside but quickly found out the upstairs ac did no work no internet and a huge rodent in the grill while we were all inside . 7/13/20 we checked in. Garage door didnt work (never fixed). Upstairs dryer didnt work (fixed the same night). Grill didnt work and the one they bought in place of it didnt work (never worked). They charged extra for a heated jacuzzi which wasnt stated. Minimum towels given you have to wash daily. One of the kitchen table chair was broken upon arrival and the carpet was nasty. This is the worst rental experience I have ever had. We checked into the property right before the Holidays in December of 2021. We rented a home in Reunion that slept over 20 people and cost over $2,000 per night. When we got to the home on Saturday there was no air conditioning and one refrigerator did not work. We called immediately as it was over 80 degrees outside. A tech came and told us to turn off the air conditioner for 2 hours and then it would be fine. While in vacation in Reunion resort for the second year, we decided to extend our stay and book another rental house. After booking a house with another company (that took our payment in full then cancelled it two days later due to double booking) We found a house that was through Jeeves. We booked it with no issues. There were some cosmetic issues with this "elite" home, but it didn't interrupt our stay. If I could give zero stars I would for their poor customer service. On June 4th I made an initial deposit of $2268.89 for an 8 bedroom Villa/rental home called " A dream"(W207J). The booking was confirmed via email for 5/14-5/21/2022 and they sent the rental agreement via email to be signed. When I read the rental agreement that was sent vai email I noticed the total amount due was not reflecting the deposit in the balance due. So I never signed the agreement. The Mediterranean Villa was spacious, nicely furnished & clean. The rental came with two grills, a Weber propane grill at the pool & a built in grill in the courtyard. We arrive as planned - found neither grill to be working -no biggie- called maintenance ,they came out the next morning - said the gas grill was good to go…… We returned back super late on the same night & throw steaks on and then it began …….. Do NOT waste your money or time booking with JEEVES Florida Rentals We booked property W339 (jeevesfloridarentals) in pre-covid for the Memorial Holiday Weekend, for 5 nights over 13K. When the State opened back and we were able to travel, they charged our group an additional $2K+ to keep the same dates which we had booked pre covid. Reunion Resorts is a very nice property. Home was in poor condition. Things were missing, things were broken, debris left from previous guest. They didn't respond to our requests for maintenance while at the property. The Resolutions Manager wouldn't take our calls. They offered us 15% off our next stay. We will never use them again. I understand why there is a class action lawsuit against them. We have photo documentation that the home wasn't in good condition upon our arrival. That they are lying about their services and saying they fixed the issues when they did... read more
