Had an appointment for an Echo. Front desk very friendly and professional. Echo technician seemed very knowledgable and professional. Only complaint is about parking fees. Shouldn’t have to pay expensive parking fees to see a medical professional.
Very disappointed with how this office manages appointments and treats patients. My mother's appointment was scheduled for11:40 AM. While driving her to the office, I received a call at 11:25 saying we missed the appointment because it was actually at 11:10 AM — according to their system. This was news to me, and I’m 110% sure the time given was 11:40. What’s worse is this isn’t the first time there’s been a scheduling issue with this office. Very nice staff,especially at the front .
I had an extremely frustrating experience with this cardiologist’s office. They canceled my original appointment at the last minute, forcing me to rearrange my schedule. Then, they called multiple times to reschedule, which made the process even more chaotic. When I finally got an appointment, I made the effort to drive over 45 minutes to get there, only to be denied service because I was 10 minutes late.
