I've been seeing Dr. Jeejeebhoy for a couple of years now. At first I always felt a little nervous around her, but she really knows her stuff and has been amazing with me. I always feel well taken care of by her and her staff. Her staff is super friendly and professional.
Had an appointment for an Echo. Front desk very friendly and professional. Echo technician seemed very knowledgable and professional. Only complaint is about parking fees. Shouldn’t have to pay expensive parking fees to see a medical professional.
Very disappointed with how this office manages appointments and treats patients. My mother's appointment was scheduled for11:40 AM. While driving her to the office, I received a call at 11:25 saying we missed the appointment because it was actually at 11:10 AM — according to their system. This was news to me, and I’m 110% sure the time given was 11:40. What’s worse is this isn’t the first time there’s been a scheduling issue with this office.
