I had a great experience at Jedi getting a gel manicure with some simple nail art. She was able to take me as a walk-in on a weekday afternoon with no wait. However, it was made clear (kindly) that in the future I should make an appointment. She showed care and attention to detail with the cuticles, which was refreshing. FOUR WEEKS… and counting! No chipping, no lifting, no fogginess. My nails are healthy and strong and growing so fast. I saw Nara on Friday, December 5. Photos taken Friday, January 2. She was lovely, as was the salon. Everyone was patient and kind. This manicure survived two cross-country flights, two major holidays, intense housecleaning, workouts, baking, and hair-washing. I’ve never had a gel mani last longer than I could DIY with regular polish, but I am a convert now. I’ll be back soon!

I actually think Jedi gave me the best BIAB manicure I’ve ever had. Both the women who worked here were SO kind as well. I didn’t catch her name but the technician who did my nails was so precise and careful and perfectly executed the vision - she was also amazing at shaping them. It’s been nearly a week and they’re SO strong. Also the studio has such a cute vibe. 10/10 this will be where I get my nails done whenever I’m in LA. Thank you!! 🩷
AWFUL! I would do 0 stars if I could. What a waste of more than $150. I wanted to support a local salon but had a PAINFUL, terrible experience at Jedi Beauty lab. I want to prevent others from also being hurt. The photos of my eyes after the appointment say it all. I tried this new eyelash salon because I just moved to California from out of state. Despite getting extensions for 2 years with NO issues at different salons in Georgia, the tape used here repeatedly SCRATCHED against my eyeballs and STUNG my eyes, leaving me tea... read more
