Out of all three numbers that I call during working hours supposedly I never get a return call, phone never gets answered so how do you stay in business? I don’t understand.

Rep LISA is extremely RUDE! When a member schedule an appointment she would not let me speak with an office manager to discuss the said issues nor would she allow me to confirm the claims mailing address payor id or group id to schedule an appointment for my member. Horrible excuse for a front office rep. Too much dip on her chip to be honest relax
