The shop looks great. The staff are nice and respectful. I've come here a few times now and enjoyed my cut everytime. Wanted to give Jed's Barbershop in Daybreak a 5 star for Tina being great and giving me a nice haircut again.
My husband and son love this barbershop! They are great with modern style and fades. Amazing customer service and amenities. The arcades and sodas are a great touch. They will never visit another shop. They have very specific style and Tina gets it done at a very high level!
We’ve pretty much been going to Jed’s since they opened. I can’t say enough about every barber here. They all are so incredibly kind, friendly and great at their craft. Everyone that we have gotten haircuts from has been wonderful. We mostly go to Fabian now and my older son and son in law do as well. He’s top notch. Today I made a last-minute (15 mins prior) appointment for our 7yr old. After his haircut, Fabian Said he had something for him and walks out with this cake and a card. Had good experiences at Jed's... until today. My 13-year-old kid is absolutely distraught. He showed a picture of what he wanted to the barber - nothing too complex, just a somewhat shorter, cleaner version of what he already had. The result was honestly devastating - not just dissimilar to the picture (this would be OK), but something altogether different, just a little short of a buzzcut. My experience with Barbara was frustrating. I clearly asked for the top to be evened out and textured — it was just over 3 inches long, and she took off more than an inch. I also requested C-cut sideburns, which didn’t happen. I had to remind her at the end, and even then she left the bottoms too long. She also nicked me with the razor at the back and said nothing.
