Jed was an excellent advocate for us, first time buyers during a crazy seller's market (Seattle Jan-March 2017). Our credit union put us in touch with Jed, and boy are we glad they did. He was thoughtful, patient, responsive, and helped us craft competitive offers on a few places, ultimately getting a Broadview house we like at a price we felt really good about.
Jed knows everybody in Seattle. If you want a good price on a home he's the guy to call. He's an expert at condos for sale in seattle, but he serves people looking to buy or sell a house too.
Jed was just what we needed! We had a different realtor that listed our house and it sat on the market for 20 days, no offers, zero interest. We went looking for a different realtor. We found Jed through the BECU program. He walked the house with us, learned exactly what we needed, and told us what to fix to get the house ready to sell. We had an open house on a Saturday/Sunday and received multiple offers, Sunday night. We accepted an offer that was over $50K over asking Jed Etters is the best!
Jed is great. We moved from Denver to Seattle recently and Jed helped us every step of the way. Even from Colorado, he was proactive in understanding our needs and desires and working to find the perfect home for us. Seattle is an incredibly competitive real estate market right now. Jed was a phenomenal agent to work with - he was responsive at any hour to even the most mundane questions regarding a home purchase (for a first time buyer like myself). He was diligent and always had excellent advice regarding tough value recommendations in the Seattle area. I had very selective requirements during my search and Jed really understood what I was looking for; he was very patient until we found the right place for me. He had my best interests at heart.
