Tammy (the person who answers the phones and schedules everything) is very difficult to communicate with. After competing one job, I asked for a quote for another. Instead of giving me an accurate quote for what needed to be repaired, they claimed 90% of my hurricane anchors were stripped and needed to be replaced, which wasn’t true. When we asked for a revised quote to repair the actual damaged anchors, they declined to give us an accurate quote and said we could go elsewhere. Our kitchen shutter motor was recently replaced by Jean’s shutters. They sourced and received the parts within two days. They arrived on time with a more than adequate team and completed the installation promptly. Before they departed, the team tested their work for my husband to see, and he was happy. He was also pleased with the price. I would highly recommend Jean’s Shutters to anybody seeking shutter and window services. They were efficient, quick and reasonably priced.
We got their name from allowed people list to the condo building in south palm beach. They responded right away to come and give an estimate to replace the window screens and do a complete maintenance of all the sliding doors. Tammy was very helpful and got the task done on a timely manner with her assistant. She was very professional.
Great service. Very nice people who do clean work for repairing screens, sliding doors and storm shutters. Will be doing more business with them. Very reasonable annual maintenance too.
