TLC guarantee! We've been taking our pups to Jeannie since she opened her shop in downtown Gilbert YEARS ago. They were only puppies then, and now only one of them is still with us, and is a peppy, but mostly blind and deaf lil ol lady. I never worry when she is with Jeannie because I know she is being taken good care of and given lots of TLC. They are the BEST! Thank you Jeannie!

We have been a customer for over 5 years now for all 4 of our four legged babies! The entire staff is great and so very loving to the pets! We have one that hates car rides and gets very nervous at the groomers and now she does great with Jeannie and her staff! Highly recommend!

Great place. I brought my Akita in for grooming and they did an amazing job. All her undercoat was brushed out. One happy dog and owner. They were able to take her with little notice and had her done very quickly. We will be back.
Used to go to this groomers, quite often. But will no longer be taking my dog after today. I brought my Pomeranian to get a a lion cut only to see she had been shaved VERY poorly. We brought her in at noon and came at the suggested time that she would be done, which was an hour after closing but she hadn't even been started yet. All I have to say is I am extremely disappointed, considering that we paid the full price for this job. Very very upset.
