I train monthly with Jeannie and trust to my core, her work as an individual and group therapist. Her thoughtful attention to individual client needs in combination with a capacity to take action in service to the well-being of the group communities she facilitates is one of the many skills that make her an excellent group therapist. I recommend her wholeheartedly and always think of her when I am looking to refer.

In the dozen years I have known Jeannie as a treasured colleague and a student of interpersonal neurobiology, I have found her to be deeply caring of others, seeking to understand and provide comfort for their wounds in every setting from therapy to personal relationships. Her humility, honesty, and integrity are part of what she offers, along with wisdom, empathy, and gentleness. It's a healing experience to spend time with her.

Unreliable, untrustworthy, unstable, unprofessional. Regular negligence and reliance on social approval and favoritism from Jeannie means that if she decides she does not like you (or her favorites in a group don't like you), you may be disregarded, disparaged and harmed. Jeannie may literally even invent details that support her bias, as she has done on several occasions. (Statement submitted on behalf of former client to protect privacy/confidentiality.)
