I hear nothing but bad opinions of her. I was having breast pain due to breastfeeding and I talked to her about this. She basically chalked it up to mastitis for the 2nd time and prescribed me antibiotics again. She ignored me and I knew it wasn't right so I didn't even fill it. I saw an IBCLC and she's said thankfully I didn't take it because that would make my situation worse and it's obviously not mastitis. She seemingly is practicing outside her field of knowledge. Only slightly unethical.
Dr. Novas & her staff have been my doctors for almost 2 decades. Her team took care of me through 2 high risk pregnancies. My last one she was able to keep me from delivering prematurely and had me sent to LG to be monitored for the JIC scenario of premature twins. Highly recommend her and Dr. Dorr. They may not always sugar coat want you want to hear but they WILL look out for you AND your babies best interest.
Novas is the rudest doctor. Appointments take too long. You will wait forever in the exam room. She is only concerned with her schedule. She denied me an epidural and jacked up my petosin during delivery of my first child because she wanted to go home (that took less than 7 hours by the way). Nurses expressed dislike for her as well.
