We initially brought our two children here when we moved to Salt Lake City. The experience was terrible. One son had broken an incisor when he was born, which I told Dr. Hibler during the initial exam. However she did not listen. Thus when she was systematically cataloguing all my son's teeth, she told the assistant that the tooth was congenitally absent. I corrected her, but she still did not listen. I felt like we were being rushed through an assembly line. She spent very little time with my children and spoke to me very little. She seemed to be in such a hurry. I felt like we were just some money for her, not real people.
The kids have had great experiences here. The dental assistants are gentle and really work to build up confidence. And, my daughter said, after getting a pain relief shot prior to having a cavity filled, "Wow, that was the best shot ever - it didn't even hurt."
