We have been trying to reach their offices for a mandatory infusion required by the MD in emergency, and still have not been able to make an appointment with anyone. Each time we've called we'd get a voicemail. We received 1 call back at 5:27pm stating to call after 9am the following day, to just be told to call back again, because she's on the other line, and won't be able to speak with us that day. There should at least be appoints available and if not, should be stated so the patient could move on to another doctor.
