Though I appreciate the kind bed side manner that Jeannine Abdou had I was extremely disappointed and frustrated trying to receive test results. After over 2 months waiting, weeks of back and forth phone calls, and asking multiple times for her to leave a message (since she would finally call but while I was working), I asked the front staff if making a virtual aptm would help me get my test results. I came in to establish as a new patient. At that time I did not need any refills on my medications. Less than two months later, I needed a refill for anxiety meds. Her staff stated , I needed to come in for a new visit for a refill. We had moved, due to Ian, so that was difficult to do. Thank goodness, my old provider refilled my prescription for me. Jeanne is wonderful. She has taken care of my elderly parents for years and treats us like family. We are grateful and thankful for her knowledge, patience, and kindness. Cheers!

Nothing I talked about was noted in the visit apparently. Like pulling teeth to get referrals discussed from office staff. Doesn' t respond to simple refill request. No report on xrays in the portal. Overcharged me on copay and waiting forever for a refund on it. Terrible experience.
