She inspected my home and told me her estimate of its value and indicated with a few minor improvements I could ask a bit more. She called the next day and indicated a property down the street had sold and appraised for substantially more. We revised the asking price and sold it for that amount. Buyer was obtaining a first time buyer assistance from the state. She kept me apprised of the status although it was a lengthy process. She worked w/lender and it has closed. Very happy w/my experience.

Jeanna is amazing! She is extremely knowledgable and runs an efficient and well organized business. Her and her team are highly communicative, and answered all of my questions as a first time seller. She is easy going and fun throughout the process. I highly recommend Jeanna!

Jeanna is an outstanding agent. She worked with me for over two months before I was able to list my home. She was there to answer all my questions prior to and after the listing of my home. And after listing with her, my home was sold in basically one day. I would use her services again for any potential move back to the Davison area in the future.

I only have the greatest respect for Jeanna and her staff. I was kept in contact on all aspects of the sale. Whenever I called I received an answer either immediately or within a few minutes. I also was always advised on how to prepare the house, what to do (or not to do) . I received exactly the price I asked. Can't say enough, and this was the 3rd time the family used her services!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
