The staff was very friendly and everything came in without any issues. I found my wedding dress here and loves the individual attention. They were really great at letting me take my time even though the store was closing. The only thing I didn't like was I was put into a dress that was not anything close to what I wanted "just for fun". I thought it was a waste of time, and there was a point where one of my bridesmaids tried to help with my veil but was shooed away when I really did need her help since the consultant kept gr... read more
Unprepared for scheduled visits and lack of communication between staff.
Kellie was wonderful. I let her know a few things that I was looking for before my visit. When she showed me some dresses that she found, they were exactly what I was looking for. I had a fabulous visit and can't wait to get my dress.
I had such a great experience at Jeanette's Bride N Boutique! Jennifer found the perfect wedding dress for me and was so helpful during the entire process. Everyone at the store was also very nice and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
