Yasha was AMAZING! Great customer service, she was experienced, knew exactly what would work for me and was able to fit my budget no problem. Everyone there was extremely supportive and kind. I would recommend Jeanette's to any and everyone. I found my dream wedding dress and it was so easy to say "yes" to the dress!
RecommendedI went here earlier today, as a member of my friends wedding party. I’ve never had such a fantastic experience in my life. The bride, found her dress right away. It was her third dress that she had tried on. The stylist really knew what my friend was looking for and what would look fantastic on her. She really listened to the bride and helped her out tremendously. I highly recommend Yasha
Jeanette's is where I just purchased my wedding gown and I LOVE it! I got it for a really great price and I had wonderful service! Brittany knew exactly what she was talking about and helped guide me to right dress! Min Min also helped give me an idea of what the dress with look like after alterations and made me feel at ease with the changes that will be made! You will not be disappointed if you make an appointment with them:)
The store is so dirty. The girls working there seem not to care about the appearance of the store nor of themselves. They just seem bored all the time. My family and I bought three dresses in the past from them, but they lost our business now. Their current lack of customer service is just the last drop. I do not recommend this bridal store.

My experience at Jeanette's was awful. Brides, please save yourself from a stressful experience. The staff is friendly, yet lack the professional knowledge necessary to meet their promises. They ordered a dress that was way too big for me and then I had to pay $600 for major alterations. I could go on and on about the shortcomings of this bridal shop, but long story short, I ended up with a poorly fitted and unflattering dress on my wedding day. It was truly heartbreaking.
