Dr.Llarde listens, stays calm, even when I am not. She evaluates behind the scene. I have had her call me after the visit and tell me to get off a med etc. she is also very patient and has calm energy. I like that she also does video visits. I have been seeing her for over 5 years and I trust her.

Dr. Ilarde is awesome, she listen and really understood what her patients need and she talk to the patient like a family. I absolutely recommend. .
I have been a resident of Ventura County since 1980. It is fair to say that I have experienced many different Doctors and care team staff during my time. In 2018, I became a patient of the UCLA Medical Group in Ventura. There was not one care team member that provided less than exceptional service. Everyone was well trained, polite, and kind. I went in for a regular annual checkup. During the visit, I had asked her for her opinion on some pain I was experiencing to which she couldn't provide any input other than refer me to another doctor. She would not give me my lab test order (which is part of the normal checkup) that day and said I would have to make another appointment, which would be another doctor visit bill.
