Jeanessa is one of the most hardworking, dedicated, and genuinely caring agents I’ve ever met. She goes above and beyond for her clients so much so that many become lifelong friends. If you're thinking about buying or selling, I can't recommend Jeanessa enough.
Sadly we had a very unprofessional interaction on a property she had listed. We were mislead on what the seller was willing to repair following the deficiencies found in the inspections. We were encouraged to submit a counter offer after securing estimates only to receive a rejection. Shortly after, a different buyer represented by her company had an offer accepted.
