The front desk staff is horrible.The Doctor doesn't care about a patient. Responds to the message in a few weeks, prescribed the medicine and do little to no research as to what the problem is. Dr.Sullivan has been my doctor for 2 years now, but she still hasn't found a suitable contraceptive for me. My chest pains have become more frequent and prolonged.Which, of course, worsens my quality of life. I saw Dr. Samantha So at this office and she was fantastic (though I understand she no longer works for Temple Health unfortunately). However, this office is SO depressing. The desk staff looked absolutely miserable and everything about this place is dingy and uninviting. Tiny, dim exam room with a flickering overhead light which gave the impression of something back-alley rather than a real doctor's office. Very unprofessional i called to make an appointment and the white lady hung up on me on 11/12/2024 at 4:55 pm she said no you can’t make an appointment because you missed 3 LAST YEAR so basically your denying me care cus i missed an appointment??? I could have been sick someone could of died you don’t no what i was goin through a year ago i will be contacting higher ups
