We had an excellent experience working with Tim Franke. He went above and beyond with helping my family find a home here in Oviedo. We relocated from Ohio, and Tim did all he can to make sure we wound up in the home we were meant to be in. Weekends, nights, calling contractors, even looking into temporary housing if we needed it.
