Stuck in another state in the USA. Called several times to get my medications refilled. No response. Also had my pharmacy contact him for refills. No response to them either. Changing as my primary care dr.. the office is dark, dirty and the staff is rude. Awful experience.
The professionalism of this staff, my appointment was at 10:45 it's now 11:38 am why every time I come here it's more talking than getting the patients checked in and getting them to see the doctor. Im tired of writing reviews about this dam unorganized office. Im filing a complaint with BBB amd as well the State Medical Board as well. My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Etienne for over ten years. He is a warm and caring man who gives each patient the time needed to express his healthcare concerns which he carefully notes and reviews with each following visit. If necessary, he orders appropriate testing and or prescriptions and follows each of these as necessary. We are especially pleased to be in his care and to have him managing our healthcare.
Dr Etienne is one of the best primary doctor. The office staffs are friendly and professional.
Went because he is Haitian like me but the office staff was awful. Doctor told me that I would get a call with two referrals and nobody ever followed up with me. Long waits. Poor service. No follow-up. I will never return.
I've had two visits with him. I've found him to be compassionate, knowledgeable and interested in partnering with me in managing my healthcare. The office is clean, the staff friendly and he has the most professional demeanor. He also has an excellent sense of humor.
Dr Etienne is an excellent friendly care giver and he is highly qualified.
