Jean is professional, very knowledgeable regarding her market, on the mark with pricing, has good local contacts, patience, and retains a sense of humor. She remained in constant contact throughout our dealings, returned calls promptly, and exhibited firmness during the negotiation process. All contracts were explained completely and thoroughly. Couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent!! Her assistant, Michelle, was also very helpful and pleasant.

Jean had the house listed within 5 days after we met with her, staged the house, took wonder pictures and held an open house, all in 1 week. The house sold within a week for over list price. She is the most considerate person when having to deal with people who are either selling or buying. Understands all details about listing a house and explains everything. If any questions or problems that happened to arise and you needed to call her, either she responded or Michele would. Both were very helpful in selling our house and in buying our current one.
