Easily one of the worst customer service experiences in my life. Attempted to get a pedicure. "Lucy" said that she was going to let my feet soak for 10 minutes. She disappeared for over 40 minutes. I walked out. She texted later saying she had a 'phone emergency' and 'lost track of time'. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Even in the case of an emergency at work, you should inform your supervisor/manager, who then should of informed me. No other way about it.

I have been a long time customer but couldn't make an appointment today with a credit card on file. I am now an ex customer. Their are many fine salons in this area that don't treat people like criminals.

Hi Jayne, We have a standard 24 hour cancellation policy for all chemical services and spa services. We require a credit card to hold an appointment and can not allow any exceptions to waiver this policy. It is never our intention to single anyone out as this policy applies to all clients. I would like to give a shoutout to stylist Shayna! I told her what I wanted and how I was trying to keep a shape but grow my hair out. Not only was she super nice and really made sure she understood what I wanted, but 2 months later my hair still looks awesome and is growing out evenly just like I wanted. Thanks Shayna.
