I had my hair colored and cut here and was very satisfied. Last night I took my son who is 13 and he was very apprehensive and upset about having his hair cut. Both the girl that washed his hair and the stylist were exceptionally patient and kind and he walked out with a new look and was very pleased and we have already booked a follow up appointment. As a mom, I cannot thank them enough.
Great 1/2 day spa visit here with very short notice. Massage with Autumn was relaxing; next time I want to try the hot stones! Nails with Demaris, she's very sweet and coached me on how to make my nails stronger. Such a different experience from going to a 'nail salon' where they take your $ while weakening your nails. Jean Paul may be a little more expensive for comparable services but you are getting much more in terms of care and quality.
I’ve never been to a spa before and this was an amazing treat. Juliette was a attentive and skilled nail tech. Two hours for a manicure and pedicure and it was delightful. Courtney, however, was the best. I don’t think I have ever felt this beautiful in my life. My skin is glowing still! I wish I didn’t live so far away otherwise I would be treating myself to monthly facials!

The salon provided extraordinary services for us. I was looking to book 3 massages at one time at a local salon and Jean Paul was the only salon that responded positively to my request. And they delivered. It was wonderful!!!!
