I would echo everyone else on here. The initial sign-up was smooth and the actual provider my son was seeing was great, but sondermind's own poor business and billing practices made it untenable to stay with them. We notified their billing team when our insurance changed (employer plan changed) after already being billed hundreds of dollars extra the last time our employer changed plans, which was just last year. Sondermind has a glitch in their system. I cannot login to my account and they are repeat charging me for claims that my insurance company has already paid. I have opened several support tickets and they come back claiming that my insurance was dropped. This is not accurate. They are receiving payments from my insurance company AND charging my credit card for sessions. There is no way to get in touch with an actual human, delete your payment or account. This is fraud and cannot continue.
Absolutely horrible experience. Do not use this service at all. Find a better way to get therapy, they have zero communication skills and refuse to acknowledge their wrongdoing.
PRETEND THAT I AM YOUR CONSCIOUS OR INTUITION! DO NOT USE SONDERMIND! This place should be shut down. No good customer service. They have predatory billing practices. If there is ever an issue that you need resolved, it will not take place and billing will not respond to you. I am sure that there are good councelors that utilize Sondermind. The therapists are great for my daughter, but we are going to have to stop scheduling because the complete lack of customer service support. They do not respond to email or the contact us form. They charged me for a session that insurance should have covered and emailed a reminder over the weekend, I immediately sent in a contact form explaining that it should be covered in full by insurance.
