I had a major dental procedure done with Dr. Jean Li yesterday at her Rockville office. The procedure went very well and was relatively painless. So far, the recovery has been smooth, and I am very grateful that I found her to be my periodontist. A couple of weeks ago, I met Dr. Li for the first time for a consultation regarding periodontal disease. I had a very good service and dental work at this place. The dentists and the staff are very experienced and skillful. They made it easy and painless for me to continue my complex dental treatment.
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Jean Li. She was patient, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable, addressing all of my questions and easing my concerns about my dental health. However, my experience with one of the technicians was disappointing. After consenting to a full-mouth X-ray (18 images), the technician struggled with the equipment, repeatedly taking shots that weren't captured because the sensor wasn't properly connected.
