Waited over an hour for my appointment to start. When Dr. Kim FINALLY came in, she asked a few questions, took pics with a camera and told me to see a dentist or different doctor because she didn’t see anything wrong with my sinuses. We spent a total of about 6 minutes together. It was rushed and she was unfriendly. 0/10 recommended.
I had a deviated septum and had 2 referrals from a friend and coworker for Dr. Kim. She has too notch bed manner and explained everything that was going on and what was going to happen in detail and made me feel comfortable from the start. After my procedure I have full healed and my life has changed from being almost impossible to breathe from my nose to being able to breathe fully for the first time in my life. Thank you Dr. Kim!
Bedside manner of a rock. Dr Kim seemed disinterested in hearing my wife's concerns. Very disappointing experience
Appointment was rushed (approx) 8 mins just for her to tell me I had swollen nasal passages. Gave me an RX and referred me to another Dr. What a waste of time and money. Look elsewhere for a good ENT or Otolarnologist. Stay away from Bay view Medical. No time for questions.
