Dr. Kang and her Team,I do not remember the last time I walked into a dentist's office and felt immediately and completely at ease. Our family has has several root canals performed by Dr. Kang over the years and she provides excellent treatment. The support staff at the office is warm and efficient.Obviously, no one likes undergoing a root canal procedure but Dr. Kang and her staff make things as pleasant as possible while providing excellent medical outcomes. Highly recommended.
I found Dr Kang years back due to an emergency with one of my sons. She was kind enough to take him later that day as an emergency after a General Dentist appointment. It was days prior to Christmas & she agreed to see him late that afternoon.She was Professional, POLITE, Kind, & caring. Dr. Kang's practice is efficient, professional and caring. Her website put me at ease and the friendly office environment added to the feeling. As it was my first root canal experience, I have nothing to compare it to, but had minimal pain and post-op discomfort and appreciated the next day phone check to be sure I was doing well. Dr Kang and the staff were very polite, nice and helpful. Recommend them to anyone, that needs root canal done. I had 3 at the same time and had no problem at all. The doctor explained the procedure and the girls checked in with me next day. The office is super clean and I checked in and out very fast. Best experience ever
Dr Kang and staff were courteous and professional. The office and equipment was immaculate and the dental technology impressive. Dr Kang explained every part of the procedure and was gentle and reassuring. A route canal is not fun but if you have to have one, Dr Kang is the place to go!
I went to Dr Kang for a redo of a 20+ year old root canal. Everyone in the office was warm, friendly, professional and efficient. There was minimal wait time. Dr. Kang explained the procedure, prognosis and x-rays throughly and always asked if I had any further questions. I did not need to take any pain medication afterwards. Dr. Kang and her staff earned a top notch recommendation!
The doctor seemed really arrogant and impatient. The way she talked made me feel very uncomfortable. The procedure/diagnosis she performed hardly met my expectation. I went there under the impression of the previous good reviews online, but my own experience was terrible. Worst dentist/endodontics appointment so far.
In a nutshell, I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice. The wait time was inconsequential, and the front-desk service can be characterized as friendly and accommodating. Dr. Kang administered the necessary injections without causing me to wince, and she began the procedure without delay. She was professional, highly competent, and experienced, and she dealt effectively and calmly with the unexpected.
