Very attentive & caring. 1st doctor to correctly diagnose & treat me. I would highly recommend him, because doctors like him are extremely hard to find.
Compassionate doctor. Took the time to provide explanations regarding medical issues and to allow for questions. Scheduling can be difficult (not his fault) but he is very responsive on MyChart.
Worst expierence with an on call doctor. Called twice to have him paged, he NEVER called back. Called a 3rd time to get his info to leave a review. Very unprofessional to not call someone back when on call...... that is your job. Thank you for letting me know by showing that you don't care about patients, that I should NEVER choose YOU as an endo specialist.
I am forever grateful to Dr. Ngatchou for giving me a life. As a type 2 diabetic, I was starting to experience some of the complications of diabetes at a young age. Dr. Ngatchou suggested a gastric sleeve and referred me to an amazing surgeon in Everett who helped me. I am down nearly 45 lbs, reversed my diabetes, and am happy with a 2nd chance at watching my kids grow up. He is a knowledgeable doctor who is up to date on the research surrounding diabetes and I appreciate that.
