Dr Valdez did a fantastic job yesterday. He was gentle and he made me feel more at ease. I will definitely use him again.
I'm wondering if Dr. Valdez is aware of his office staff and their numerous mistakes. He did an excellent job of the crown that he put in place for me! The manager after the second visit... Told me I did not have dental coverage. I contacted my insurance co. andI handed the phone to the manager... Turned out that it was HER mistake! She submitted payment to the wrong address. On top of that.. I had a out of pocket.... And later discovered it was covered by my insurance! All of this time consumed, frustrating stress could of ... read more
