it seems Dr Choi has been working in the States for many years, so it's very hard to understand why he can't speak English well. it's very difficult to get a clear explaination of his diagnose. and the front desk, that woman, I believe is Ms Choi, OMG, broken English, strong accent, AND! unbelievably rude. I don't know if it's a Korean thing or what, the specialist he referred me to is also a Korean Dr. same thing, very rude front desk. WTF? I switch to another Dr right away.
