I have used their services for the past few months and they have been great! My puppy is well taken care of and there have been no accidents when I use their pet sitters! I have tried both their pet sitting and doggy daycare. I prefer their daycare since my puppy comes home exhausted (which is a feat if you have a puppy). To answer Bill's concerns, yes they are insured and bonded if your pet is injured, sick, etc. during their visits, NOT if your pet is aggressive and bites them. To be honest, they seemed to do a wonderful job of tending to my pets on a technical basis. They were hired to watch over my dogs for an hour a day. The daily synapsis that was left behind of what transpired that day was great, and was full of personal and individual notes, so it made things easier. However, my complaint arises from an item in the Terms of Service that they wanted me to sign (in this case, a full week after taking care of my dogs).
