My dad was diagnosed with stomach cancer by her and told him for days that they sent his report to Seattle radiology to start his treatment. Inhumane and uncaring. Please for the love of god don't send loved ones here. My dad is literally dying because of her.
This doctor is probably the best ive ever had. Honestly, she cares for her patients. She went over all of my medical issues and explains everything very well. She is definitely very intelligent and knows alot more than most doctors I have seen. Very professional and understands how the human body works. I recommend this place for sure. Great people!!
I appreciate the flexibility wait times are long due to the high demand, but Dr. Parales cares for her patients and works extensive hours to make sure needs are met. I didn't have to wait three to six months for a new patient appointment, which we all know. In most places, the wait to be established is quite far out. She is also open on Saturdays, which I appreciate because I work Monday through Friday.
I was previously seen by Dr. De Leon and recently tried Dr. Maria Engelhardt-Parales. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend her. I had a 10:00 AM appointment, but the doctor never showed. I was told I’d get a call back, but didn’t hear anything until 7:20 PM— and not even from her directly. Before I could even explain my concerns, I was told she no longer prescribes narcotics. I had an appointment at 4:30 waited for two hours and still wasn’t seen. They were all just talking to each other and not checking on me and kept telling me I was next. I understand if I was a walk-in, but I wasn’t. They had rescheduled my appointment for me because I had an appointment the day before and they called me saying that the doctor wouldn’t be in.
